Mindy qualified from Sheffield Hallum University in 1995 with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy and completed two year of junior rotations with the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford.
Since then she has worked in a variety of different clinical setting, including the NHS, private hospitals and private practice; with the bulk of her experience being in orthopedics and sports injuries. She moved into private practice in 2003, initially alongside Runaround Sports the running specialists and then, with Rachel Stevens in 2007, to her current location at 206 Physiotherapy and Sports Massage Clinic at the University of Worcester.
As part of her practice at the University Mindy is a member of the medical team supporting the Worcester Wolves, and provides physiotherapy support for the Talented Athletes Scheme.
She is also qualified in the use of acupuncture for pain relief, finding it to be particularly beneficial in the treatment of sports injuries; and is an APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) qualified Pilates Instructor and holds regular classes at beginner and intermediate levels.
