Rachel Stevens - Physiotherapist
Rachel qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham in 1987. She has since worked in a variety of settings both in NHS and private practice, gaining experience and expertise over the years in the management and treatment of musculoskeletal and sports injuries in all age groups.

Rachel Stevens joined Mindy Davey at 206 Physiotherapy and Sports Massage in 2007. As part of her practice at the University, Rachel provides physiotherapy support for the Worcester Wolves Basketball team and for the Talented Athletes Scheme.
She also has experience of whiplash injury assessment and rehabilitation, for those suffering from spinal pain and symptoms related to this type of injury.
When assessing and treating an injury she believes in looking holistically at how the body moves and in examining the body’s control of movement patterns in relation to the injury. She aims to promote recovery from injury through a mix of ‘hands on’ manual therapy, individual advice and exercise.
She is also qualified in the use of acupuncture and uses it regularly as part of her normal treatment.
